cant get jobs done running that slow!

I have a similar machine that I work on. I am wondering if anyone can give me some tips on the timing of the envelope turnaround station. The chain broke, so I need to replace that, but im also out of time.

@chase312 - 25k consistently? i doubt that very much. 23K maybe...

wow!! that's an old machine. are they still around? that's amazing.
I run a Turbo 22 with 9 'pockets' or 'enclosure feeders'
Runs at 25,000/hr consistently :]

I work on an inserter machine too, but I run it much faster than this.

BH 4000 inserter video? I work on them but am not allowed to use cameras at my work.
