I'd rather have Qua-duc-ant (Quail, Duck, Pheasant. It's 'cleaner' tasting.

The first time I heard about this, I thought they took a chicken and just stuffed it up into the duck and then stuffed that up into a turkey. This video has completely ruined that hilarious mental image. Thanks for nothing!!!

Yeah, I'll say. My mom was able to completely debone the three birds in less than 90 minutes, and she's not a professional. Even though the turkey ended up being overstuffed and popped its seams, it stayed intact, moist, and most importantly, delicious. 

Maybe if a person has absolutely ZERO cooking skills and has never seen a knife before, maybe he'd be accurate. But really, it's not nearly as hard as these guys make it out to be.
