try lifting weights you can do 8-10 reps out with good form those songle arm rows were wierd dawg, sort your teqnique out using decent equipment dosent mean your a pro

I'm a personal trainer by proffesion, and i must say you need to have someone take a look at your form.
Only the peck deck seemed alright, theres much to work on, but im sure you can make something out of it with some help!
