Motorworks: Model T Assembly Line

At the California Automobile Museum, your school or youth group can build your very own Model Ts in assembly line fashion. This tour is designed to allow students the opportunity to experience what it was like to work on one of Henry Ford's famous assembly lines. Students will learn about Henry Ford, the assembly line, and the importance of the Model T in automotive history by touring the Museum exhibits. This tour includes a hands-on activity where students will create their own assembly line and build paper Model Ts, which they get to take home as a memento of their visit to the California Automobile Museum. Ideal for 5th through 8th grades.
