Three 30-second promos for CBS 2 News. The first two showcase the station's reporters and anchors and the second is about CBS 2's weather coverage.

These spots look awesome in HD.

  • 0:54 Who reads messages on their BlackBerry and a news chopper is behind him???

  • great commercials! my most favorite is the 2nd one that starts at 0:30 !

  • Very well said. The music is indeed intense; the type that gets your juices and adrenaline flowing when you rush out to get your next story.

  • ducis left wsvn in the summer of 2003 and joined wcbs to do weekend sports. he moved to mornings before becoming the main sports guy.

  • Brian Lee....he is the VoiceOver for WCBS-TV...actually for most of the CBS-TV promos and some CW owned affliates... Duces Rogers...when did he leave WSVN to NYC?

  • There's many moving parts that make Lou Young's camera shot work - the wind flapping his overcoat, the chopper taking off in the background, the sunset, him holding what looks like a cell phone or PDA, the powerful background music...all of that works together to make him look like the king of New York. It's professional - like right out of a movie! Whoever produced that portion of the promo deserves a raise...it is awesome!

  • My favorite shot is of Lou Young and his flapping cape! at :54

  • I think the Chief Investigative reporter Scott Weinberger always has great stories, they are accurate and capture you, unlike ABC reporters............diesel

  • AHHH! I just had my speakers on full blast and then this video made me cack my pants

  • If WCBS wants to fix their weather problem, here's what I think they should do.

John Bolaris: Weekday mornings and noon

    John Elliot: Weekend mornings

    Elise Finch: Weekday evenings

    Lonnie Quinn: Weekend Evenings
