Digital Speed Painting - Helicopter Resue - by Scot Drake

This is a demo for the Dramatic Narrative - Visual Communication 6 class that I teach at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Every week, the class receives a sentence or script that needs to be visualized into a conceptual painting. This demonstration represents the processes that can be used to isolate each of the visual requirements for a strong storytelling composition. This is a 3.5 hour demo in 3.5 minutes.
