Construction Netcast: Total Float

This netcast provides several examples that demonstrate how Float can be changed through the use of common scheduling options, and as a result, may have no affect on the determination of the critical path. Another example demonstrates that project managers must not only manage the critical path of the project , but also the non-critical, or near-critical, paths of work in order to keep the project on time.
