First started watching Husker Football back in the days of Cory Schlesinger just running over people in the Triple Option, while I lived in WA. In 2003 I moved to Lincoln, NE for a job and it was amazing to see Memorial Stadium in person. I had to walk in front of it every day on my walk to work. To just look up at it was Awww inspiring. GO BIG RED!!!!!!!!!!!

@cuvail26 You know what's funny? This Colorado fan is talking crap about Nebraska and saying that the Huskers don't consider CU a true rival. But does anyone know why that is? Could it be that Nebraska has a 49-18-2 all time record against CU, including an 18 game win streak? Or could it be that we also own the biggest blow out in the series by a score of 59-0? Or perhaps is because we have 5 national championships, compared to CU's 1. You really should look at the stats before you talk shit...

@cuvail26 compared to Iowa Illinois and Ohio we don't have much corn either. Just alot of open spaces and peace and quiet. Just the way we like it. Most of us have bought brand new cars, pickups and suv's that have never been locked or the key out of the igintion. It is a terible place. I don't know a single person that has ever had there house broken into(would have to be locked to be broken into) or an item stolen from them. Nebraska is a terrible place

@cuvail26 Ya we have nothing but college football here. But that's what makes this place so great. Everyone tells us that we have nothing here but college football. Now I don't know about everyone else in Nebraska, but I will trade not having a pro team or mountains, to have what we have in Memorial Stadium. And as far as average football team, check record.
