She was tricked into a plea on the bad advice of her attorney. She tried to withdraw the plea. She was railroaded by the courts and not allowed to withdraw her plea and will be sentenced Feb 6th. @paulagloria Hi Paula, do you have a web link with Lindy's court case in writing so I can have particulars ? Have you ever heard of the CPL 30.30 ? Its where they have to bring all evidence, injured parties within 30 days of presentment to trial, anything over that is an automatic dismissal (or should be) and remember that DAs/lawyers are not 'the plaintiff/injured/aggrieved party. NEVER let a DA/lawyer testify. "Object!" and state its "hearsay evidence"

@craziesthorse LIndy has no website and even I have limited skills so all my work is on youtube, facebook as we can't pay a webmaster. I have yet to learn how to do it. All the particulars came out of Lindy's mouth and we recorded it and post here. sounds like u have some info we have not yet heard before. Can u cites cases where ruling to that effect can be found. The hard part is that Lindy was tricked by a bad lawyer into pleading guilty. Now court won't let her take it back

@paulagloria sorry, "affidavit of mistake" or "error" informs the court, with a recognized process, that there was an error in the case, that error being the plea advised by an attorney. You don't agree and the plea was a mistake.

Smoking marijuana isnt a crime, license or not. When you hire a lawyer, you are considered "non compos mentis"; a ward of the court, an animal, livestock etc... which is why Ill never hire a lawyer, ever.
