yes army and air force personell do go through the ceremony at their choice. when I crossed in the 1979 wh had 2 air force offficer assigned the fighter squadrons go through the ceremony.

@CPO3Solovi "Anchors Aweigh" played by the famous "Firehouse Five Plus Two", led by Ward Kimball. He put together several fellow cartoonists at Walt Disney studios in the 1950's, originally to entertain each other on the set.and were so good that several albums were put out and were featured on the Walt Disney Show from Anaheim in the 1950's &1960's. Listen for the characteristic siren on the last chorus. One of the great Dixieland bands
