Wal-Mart has sued a disabled former employee, Debbie Shank, for $470,000. New video of Wal-Mart meetings through the years depict Wal-Mart executives talking about caring for its associates, and the importance of doing the right thing. Tell Wal-Mart it's time to walk to walk.

  • Its a corporate slogan that is so vague it has no meaning exept for an appearence of good heartedness-in reality it is the furthest thing from the truth as far as what is practiced in the company.

  • @notagainjez it's always the successor that fucks things up isn't it? haha i've noticed that pattern.

  • sam walton was decent tho. wal mart got really greedy and went down hill after he died.

  • You do realize that Wal-Mart (which is not exactly accurate, but nobody cares about that), did drop the case about 3 days after this video posted. They did EXACTLY as described...follow procedure, and listen to people when they speak up, and in exceptional cases show compassion and "do the right thing."

Sometimes doing the right thing isn't so obvious.

  • I hate these guys so much...

  • you screw em when ever they complain and fire them for speaking up im one of your former employees u suck wall mart no respect just greed profit first

  • Bottom line. Recent back to school supplies, Walmart cost the most of the top selling stores.

  • Buy the book "Made in America" co-written by Sam Walton and the apply for work at Sam's Club 6625, 12920 Foothill Blvd, San Fernando California 91340, phone (818) 365 - 7710 and Fax (818) 365 - 0690. Every organizations has proven and documented positives and negative histories to include court decisions.
