ABC news-foetus in fetu comes about when very early in the twin pregnancy, one foetus wraps around and invelop the other. the dominate foetus then grows and the foetus that would have been his twin lives on inside during the pregnancy; fedding off his host like a parasite. Usualy both twins die before birth. but sometime the host twin survive.

There's no natural way for a person to give birth to a fetus-in-fetus twin. They are also unsuspected until symptons of its growth are investigated. They have to be surgically removed and are never viable (heart and brain generally absent). Dr. Venture junior is NOT realistic - a fantasy !
