I consider myself very lucky for having lived my teenage years around poets who composed or sang musical poems and poetries... Indeed we don't have such things anymore.

@utubemusiccritic hey don't be a dick there are still some songs that are made nowadays that have just as much meaning as in the 70's k? god.

this was my dads favorite song and it helped me deal with him passing but everytime i hear it i cry too and so to your dad there is no reason to hide it this is a very good song

'Tea For The Tillerman' was my dad's favourite album back in the day, he was a smart and strong guy but once I cought him crying while listening to this song, he tried to quickly cover his tears. Now when I listen to this album it's me with the tears in my eyes, 'Father And Son', 'Where Do The Children Play ?'....emotional stuff.

@PeaceTrainFan I agree. I remember having a falling out with a friend because he thought Elton John was better. I haven't seen/spoken to him in 4 years, worth it, cause I still have Cat Stevens.

he found his nectar, then he tasted it and decided that it did not taste good...just took him 30 years to figure it out. Miles from nowhere..guess i'll take my time...
