Barry was born in Puerto Rico and lived there until he was 16 years old. He made the biggest move of his life when his parents moved to Virginia Beach. Barry graduated from Virginia Tech after attending there on an athletic scholarship. Having earned 2 degrees, he felt like he was doing everything right to become a Success.

After college, Barry took a year off and traveled back to the Caribbean to pursue his surfing passion before starting his Career. When he returned to the Mainland and got a job with a major company, he felt like a part of him was dying. He missed the lack of freedom and adventure he had experienced and the corporate politics were unbearable! After 12 years of dedicated service, he was told hed have to relocate to keep his job due to downsizing. Moving away from friends and the beach lifestyle was awful. Then came the paycuts, pension freezing and 401k cuts!

Next, Barry teamed up with a dynamic young real estate investor, and in a matter of a few years had acquired a respectable real estate investment portfolio. It was a step toward building his retirement, but the income still wasnt there. Repair bills never stop coming in, and financing was almost impossible to get with the deepening recession setting in.

So, to try to improve his situation, Barry made the plunge into an MLM. It didnt take long before he was completely burned out with the old school MLM marketing. You know the plan family and friends, hotel meetings, prospecting at the mall, etc.

Then he discovered a group on entrepreneurs who where getting the results that he wanted. The professional approach of these newly found mentors enabled him to do things more effectively and generated instant results and a new level of growth in his business.
