SMART by III-Z

working on my animations, not the best edit you'll ever see from me but it's something i suppose! i did enjoy making this a lot, all of the animations were great to make from start to finish. i missed the deadline for this but ahhhh well.

thanks to stylish for the contest! it's made me realise MW3 is shit for editing. back to cod4 i guess hahaha

No shadow took away from the "smart" text.

The whole edit was not synchronized with the music which took away a lot.

Both transitions from 0:43 - 0:53 should be adjusted so the screen never fully is covered and should have both clips visible during the switch to make it smoother.

For example, the transition at 0:50 should have the first and second clip visible in behind two cuts opened in the spinning circles.

@Vacmachine there was no need to put shadows on the "smart" text as the way the lights were projected on that level wouldn't have needed shadows. plus it was off the bridge so the shadows wouldn't have been seen in the shot.

i think the transitions were fine, however i will do something like that for my next edit, and i agree that some of the shots were off sync. but thanks for this, i'll definitely take it into consideration for my next edit!

@ruleThreee The balls and part of the text would of definitely cast a shadow on the car if you judge based on the lamp post.

I honestly thought you didn't actually sync the clips at all. Like they weren't supposed to be.

Though this track has very soft and constant base and drums so I don't think you could of really done any phenomenal syncing.

nice man, i'd just put some fast blur in the 0:23 animation so it doesnt look so sharp. transitions were cool and well done!
