A friend of mine fell for this trick on facebook, he told me that he recieved a message from a friend and he actually filled in his real address and cell phone. He also told me that the thing asked him to select sponsers for registration, he stopped there and believes that he didn't complete registration, I'm not sure how to help him but is he safe if he didn't complete the registration?

These survey gateway pages are called Content Lockers and are a way for webmasters to cream more cash from their website or blog visitors before sending them to the offer page their visitors were originally interested in and also receive a commission through CPA (cost per application) when a visitor sign ups to the deal.
