  • lol i was looking up fims shot with Canon 550D/600D and came up with this. I was amazed to see a such a high quality video shot at my school, SFU.

  • @Aryanpars

Thanks :D I love shooting at SFU. Great architecture :)

  • Excellent video!!! What fps did you shoot this in? You got some really smooth slow mos in there..also, what program did you use to create the animation in the beginning?

  • @dgatan

Mostly 24p for the bulk of it. The high speed shots were done with a different camera. Casio EX-F1. For the motion graphics I used Apple Motion.

  • Everybody was kungfu fighting literally

  • @papan1990

Heya! We used two cameras, the t2i and the casio ex-f1 for some of the high speed shots in the intro. t2i is pretty cheap nowadays. I saw it w/ the stock 18-55 lens at the store for around 599.99. when i bought it in 2010 it was 999.99 :P

  • How long have these fighters been trained in martial arts?

  • @hybridmovement Its a brilliant video my friend. I have 2 questions. 1. Did you shoot the entire film with just one Cannon T2i? 2. How much does it cost?

  • @MostlyGeek

Heya, depends on what type of work you'll be doing with the t2i. If you're shooting a lot of portrait photography I'd at least get something like a 50mm prime (1.8 or 1.4 if you have the money). If you're shooting wildlife or sports from far away get a zoom lens that goes up to 200mm or something close. Personally, I like to have 3 lenses available whenever I'm shooting action scenes. A 50mm prime, a zoom with 18-55mm, and a wide lens in the area of 10-20mm. Hope that helps!

  • Really Amazing Oo

  • I'm planing to purchase my first DSLR it's going to be T2i, can someone explain to me how to pick lens?
