  • hey man, im about to do this on my vt, just wondering how much difference u got changing to nolathane bushes on the link pins and sway bar?

  • @theghostoftime1978 Not so much jsut changing the bushes, but the rod shape and diameter. By installing 14mm 'S' shaped pins and nolathane bushes has seemed to make it a lil nicer thru the corners.

Nothing has changed with the sway bar ones tho. they just needed changing.

  • hey buddy hope you didnt use the trolley jack under the sump big no no........!use k frame not engine !!!!

  • @fastvpbt1 LOL no i didnt jack it up from there, i used the crossmember/K frame. I am a mechanic.

  • hey buddy just did me sway bar bushes same you did ,didnt have to jack the car up or anything did it on own easy as ! dont need to raise car at all never had to ten minute job but thats me 17years behind me i guess!!!:)

  • @fastvpbt1 Cool! yeah i know you dont have to jack it up, but it puts less strain on the link pins and bushes, so it doesnt squash the guts out of the bottom ones, and also being not that old themselves. thats why i put the car off the ground.

    cheers!
