I live in an apartment complex that doesn't allow dogs, but another complex nearby has a dog that barks all day and night and it sounds just like this one. I can hardly bear it. I love dogs and cats and all animals, but I would love nothing more than to find the one in my neighborhood and remove its voice box and give the owners a good slap or two.
