i use an x2u signal adapter attachment for the shure sm57 mic works well for my laptop.

@mike23335 Cool dude.I didn't even know post black metal existedl. Black metal in general is already pretty ambient and atmospheric., but it sounds like you add some post rock influence as well. What post rock/metal bands are you listening to?

@CherubicGuardian im listening to some lantlos, amesoeurs, heretior, hypomanie, shyy, dopamine. and a few others those are the main post black metal bands ive been listening too. but im working on a second song for my project it is going to have some black metal elements in there.
