  • @paudiemaguire1 I didn't make the statistics, I just quoted them. You can look it up for yourself.

  • @paudiemaguire1 Most of you are missing the point, they are replicating an actual attempted robbery. The pizza guy probably told the police where he and the lowlife were standing. If they would have tried it at different distances somebody would have said they should have tried different loads. You cant please everybody.

  • Anti gun liberals, and I have friends that watch these democrats.

It is enough to make a gun person puke.

  • Now I want pizza!

  • What a waste of pizza ! D:

  • How about a slug!?!?

  • @paudiemaguire1 OK got it. Didn't see/understand your point at first. Yeah I agree on throwing more variety with distance, but then again the episode is only so-so amount of time, which means you can only have so many variables per show. Like with the cutting down a tree with a machine gun, they should've busted out an MG42 rather than a tommy gun or SAW.

  • @hardcharging yes i agree with that, however my argument is that the experiment doesnt give all the details of what happened during the shooting such as distance and shell type. it was obvious that the pizza's were gonna be penetrated at 10 feet they should have gave more variety in distance.

  • @solittleusernames You got it. Even Dragonskin (the Level III kind) wasn't designed to stop a 50 BMG. Frankly I don't know of any personal armor that can. I know Pinnacle is working on a Dragonskin vest that's supposedly off the NIJ scale (supposed to be Level V or something like that), but it's still in the works and I'll bet its price will be quite hefty, so it'll be very limited in who has the money to buy it.

  • @paudiemaguire1 the shotgun was, and still designed specifically to be a close-quarters combat weapon. It was/is designed to clear hallways and rooms as typical as you'd find in an average home. The longer ones (28 inch barrel) were used primarily for bird hunting and what not, but even a 28-inch barrel shotgun can bear down on an intruder coming through the hallway. One to two rounds of buckshot, and it's game over for all but the most heavily-armored intruders.

  • @mathewbailey08 Yea that won't happen, hell bullet proof vests couldn't stop a .50 cal.
