30-45 mins on phone just to turn off auto renewal option which is deceiving in the first play it's a trap to get you to renew and charge your credit card. I pay for service in AMERICA I SHOULD GET A SUPPORT TEAM LOCATED IN A-M-E-R-I-C-A !!!! Not in FOOKIN INDIA were they pay them DIRT to work THAT'S were all your fee's are going to.Oh they spend them on advertisements instead of SERVICE !...I hear Wii is going to start charging also lol.

the xbox customer support is probably the worst ever. I've been trying to ship my 360 elite off to be repaired for almost 2 weeks now because the shipping label still hasn't arrived and i have no printer. 4 days was either a big lie or someone is heavily over paid . even when i was on the phone with the agent he wasn't listening to half of what i said though i got lucky and he was American and spoke English lol.
