take him back when she tried to send him through normal channels so she sent him the way she did. What caused his problem? The profound level of neglect he suffered at the years at the orphanage. He failed to bond with humans as a human. He and the others like him would just as soon kill you as look at you so to protect the lives of her other children not to mention her own she finally sent him back to Russia.

Of all the abuses and criminal act committed by Americans overseas and NOT recognized as crimes by the USG, this is by far one of the most outrageous. All Europe should have suspended all adoptions to the US after this case.
