Nick & Sharon 5-21-09 Part 2

Phyllis is grateful that Summer is able to help Nick get through his grief of losing Cassie. Meanwhile, Billy learns from Sharon the possibility that there is a third father. However, Sharon quickly backpedals and explains to Billy that she merely meant Jack is aware of the possibility that he isnt the father. Sharon admits to Jack that she owes it to both him and Nick to be honest with them. Meanwhile, Nick opens up to Phyllis and lets his guilt and regret over how he dealt with Sharon after Cassies death spill out. Later, Nick calls Sharon but she refuses to answer after her discussion with Jack.

Phyllis refuses to see that Nick NEVER mourned for Cassie he ran away from Sharon & Noah's pain. His action is telling her his priority is Sharon, that if he were there for Sharon he would not be married to her. She knows this but does not want to face the facts, fact he is with her because of Summer not her...he is settling with her because of Summer which is why she always bring her up when Nick tries to leave.
