no right hip because your left leg wasn't open, which caused you to pull your left arm to soon and create a false lift with right arm, instead of just pull the right arcossed your body. just need better feet position and you would do som uch better.

why are you wearing a hammerthrow glove? :)

can we SEE how far she threw? That way, we can sorta...trust this thing?

Not a bad throw!
A bit of advice is to bend your back leg and put all your weight there, and when you release, switch all your weight to your other leg.
Good luck!

use your back leg to push your hips forward and your arm will follow. Release speed should average 35-45km/hr if you use your hips and quads more.

Id recomend turning the disc so you dont need to catch it with your other hand. keep that other hand free.

1.turn your hips with your right knee, while keeping the left knee firm and staying low twith hips and head(don't lift hips while turning, this comes later). Keep your arm far behind.
2. When hips are turned to the front and you are still low with the arm back you sling your arm forward fast and extend the body(not earlier)
Do this slowly first and then increase speed and you will throw a lot farther.
You got some talent, work hard on your technique and you will throw 35+ next year.
