Why do you buy Retail DVD Burners?

My OEM Burner came with software for lightscribe and dvd burning- and the screws came with the case.

I saved a good $10

Because My OEM Drive came with everything I care about: software and the drive :D then the screws from my case.

Who cares about a stupid box or manuals, lol

I have the HP bd340i DVD Blu Ray combo. I bought a Blu ray disc today and it wouldn't read it. I found out that a driver was missing. Now it can't play some of my DVDs. It can play some but others it can't. The drive was open box at Fry's Electronics. Maybe a driver can be download online.
