Hi. Here is an example of the Resistance Tubing Protocol I do. The exercises help strengthen my tendons and ligaments. I would like to again apologize for the visibility of my boxers. I taped this video on the same day as the Donley Scapular exercises. I realize this is an unprofessional look, and will prevent it from happening in the future. The building blocks are there but the foundation is rigid, hyper extended, unbalanced and dangerous for the scaffolding.

Those forward flys look all kindsa wrong. That's just my opinion. There's a lot of hyperextension there, especially for that kinda speed.

as a trainer, I would caution people to avoid just about all these exercises, particularly the spinal flexion/extension and shoulder flexion in internal rotation. get a trainer to show you proper technique; remember to go slow.
