0-60 2010 corolla s automatic 3rd gear

9 seconds. road was slightly curved and was little bumpy. also traction control held up good on a rainy slippery wet road in houston.

i have the same car. but i always wonder, what is the point of the #3 or 3rd gear. it seems to be the same as D / Drive

@kimxrose basically D= 4th gear, once you throw it in 3RD gear you will have a lesser gear ratio, but L-2-3 is used consecutively when you're going up hill and want to make the engine rpm go higher than what you would normally have on 4th gear.

@bpurdy305 hmm, my dad got 2010 corolla same as 09. its really slow man, he also got another 06 corolla which seems to be faster and more responsive. they made a lot changes to the car, and most of it is disappointing. i don't like the new gen.. it seems they get worse with time.. nevertheless it gets good mpg and seems reliable so far

not a lot of people like the newer gen corollas, I dont really understand it, I drive a tacoma, but my dad has a 2009 corolla and it seems to be a really good car. Not a speed demon, but its good in the snow, gets good milage, and is built really well.

I have a 2010 corolla is not the type s is the cheap one the one that dosent have power locks and power windows and it comes with the same engine that the type s a 1.8

Lol love how slow it is and how excuses are used to explain why it is lol.. i got a 06 impala ss that has a v8 (5.3) and dose it in 5 seconds and also cuts 4 cylinders off when driving eco friendly and when u punch the gas u have all 8 to blow past cars when wanted lol these are nice cars my friend just got one but as soon i drove it i wanted to jump out
