Honestly, I don't give a shit about whether or not you find it amusing. I posted this video, and it is under my jurisdiction to allow comments to be posted. Mentioning "menstrual flow" in a derogatory sense is sexism. I found it offensive. Many others would too. Maybe I should make myself a bit more clear - I don't allow lewd and insensitive comments towards anyone - whether it be the artist, another poster, etc. - in the comments of my videos. Have a nice day.

I don't allow thinly veiled sexism in my comments. Any further unscrupulousness will be deleted.
Was your comment really necessary? Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Tori Amos is a multi-platinum recording artist. What have you done with your life? Yeah, I thought so. Target ain't looking so bad now, is it?

I love Steely Dan and I love Tori. She really takes it somewhere else. Some place I enjoy.

@sickofwaitingtables good for you!

This is right in line with her cover of If 6 Was 9. Fierce and challenging. She's such a bad ass.

BetaRecluse is a misogynist, and simply pissed off that a woman covered his favorite song. What astounds me is the fact that it takes less effort for him to listen to the Steely Dan version than it did for him to whine, bitch, moan, and complain about how much he hated this version. It's pretty obvious that he's sexist. Most likely racist and homophobic, too. I pity him. He reminds me of why the concept for the "Strange Little Girls" album exists. This is exactly what Tori was talking about.

She is, in part, using the song as a vehicle for her unique expression. It's clear she feels the song in a pure sense of creative passion. I appreciate and enjoyed listening to this version.

Thank you for your pearls of wisdom. You've made me see the light. Can you cure cancer, too?
