What a load of tripe. He was a failure. A swaggering idiot. He lacked ANY intellectual curiosity, compassion or indeed any of the usual qualities you look for in a president. He was a puppet of his back stage masters (Cheney et al) By the time he was into his second term it was obvious he didn't even WANT to be president anymore ... it was HARD, it wasn't any FUN, he was BORED. What he wanted was for people to fawn over him without actually having to DO anything to deserve it.

I've always said. George Bush was a good man. He was terrible with the economy. Most likely the worst president in history, as far as economic issues go, but he had a good heart.
