Hasegawa is not as crappy as Kameda but he's very overrated. He has fought 'who the hell is the guy' fighters. When he fought a real good fighter like Montiel, he was destroyed - typical japanese hype that minds only the number of title defenses.
To be the best, you ogtta fight the best. Donaire beat Darchinyan. That's why we all know he's awesome. If Donaire or Darchinyan fights the opponents that Hasegawa's fought, they would kill them all much quicker.
