The confusion is created so that only extremist trouble looking idiots in nasty clothing go and riot, making 'protest' itself look stupid and than the leaders say: we are on your side, we need more police control for your own good. Yes obviously we need police and some form of justice.
But we dont need a POLICE STATE. They already have way too much power in them. Too much power with an institution that can't exactly be trusted too much.
