It's true to a degree, but it's not quite that simple. When people stop comparing, that is when bocellis become opera singers. (don't get me wrong, i do NOT mean that Florez is like Bocelli)

Why is there no dvd from the 2008 version with Dessay?! This is one of the best youtube films I know but I wish there was one of this scene of the 2008 version. Simply fantabulistic! Much love from Amsterdam for JDF, ND and the person who uploaded this scene!!!!!!!!

@stravinskij91 apprezzo molto i suoi commenti,ma questo estate hó visto á Garnier La Donna Del Lago,3 spettacoli con florez e1 con un tenore americano non mi ricordo piu il suo nome.La voce di florez non si sentiva da 10 metri,cantava stonato per questa ragione hó visto 3 recite,per essere sicuro che non era malato...il tenore americano era bravissimo,voce molto piu bella da quella di florez,ma i critici hánno parlato soltanto di florez.Accanto á Kraus,Pavarotti florez e zanzarone niente di piu.
