Walk to Run

This is an animation I made on this summer (on the south pole summer goes from December to March) on Blender.
It show the sequence of: standind to walk, walking, from walk to run and running. Done using NLA (non linear animation).
The rig I made was based on the Mancandy Faq, but cut out some features I didn't either need nor like :P
In this version of the rig, the first one, I kind of mess up the setup, making it very dificult to animate the animation along a curve, it can be done but is rather painful XD.
