Toronto Gay Pride funding 2011

The city of Toronto gives in total of $330,000 each year to Toronto's Gay pride. For the past couple years, anti-israel protestors have been using Gay pride to bash Israel.

This isn't a matter of free speech, it's a question of: Is this supposed to be about gay pride or about bashing Israel? And why are my tax dollars going to fund this crap?

Also, it's been often said how many 'millions' are generated in revenue...and yet Toronto Gay Pride is bitching that they'll go bankrupt if they can't raise the $330,000.

So the idea of fundraising/putting aside a few dollars for next years Pride...doesn't factor in?
