@MasterL3131 you can use it without dj io.... this controller let you control the software instead of using "the mouse and keyboard"

additional sound card is for headphone... you can use other sound card..

iam using "Creative USB Sound Blaster sb1140" its a pendrive size and cheaper

@DJessej1 the sound will come out only through your laptop,,

if you want to come out through rca cable you need "3.5mm to rca" cable. then left for left deck and right for right deck>>>> its MONO sound

If you want stereo you need 2 sound card and 2 "3.5mm to rca" cables.

the audio comes out of my laptop i want the audio come out out the controller but the controller has no RCA out what di i do

@MasterL3131 no you can use it alone and play thru your pc speakers..but in order to hook up to an amp/speaker setup or preview tracks w/headphones you'll need the io or any other usb external sound card/audio interface

@Joobalooboo To actually make dubstep, you'll need music production software, MIDI controllers, and synthesizers.

@Joobalooboo it is more like a controller for what you have already made, to make dub step you need a midi controller.
