Ab fab to return- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gt4cigk5mWA
Saffy receives a visit from her sadistic midwife and is subjected to a demonstration of most painful aspects of childbirth. Eddy meets with her bookclub and is distressed to find that Elizabeth Hurley has pulled out at the last minute. Only Patsy, Plum and Mariella Frostrup turn up to discuss the literary merits of OK! magazine.

Meanwhile Saffy has invited John - her baby's father - to the house to tell him the good news. Eddy is ecstatic to discover that John is black and that her grandchild will therefore be mixed race. "It's the Chanel of babies!" she crows.

  • hahahaha I love how the nurse explains givig birth, it made me laugh SO much!!

  • Daphne De Maurier was the lady who wrote Don't Look Now, which was made into a movie in 1973.

That was what the reference to Eddy catching up with the child and then getting attacked with the knife was about.

  • @Kozzy06 I really dont like getting into it with people i dont know on the internet. But being African, born and raised and having lived here all my life. I feel jokes like these are at times misinformed, belittling and straight up hurtful. And to say "Africa" generalising it, wow. Oh well, I guess it is for comic relief and white people have always been able to say and do what they wish to! :)

  • @tenyatseng They are jokes. And true anyway.

  • ha, when push comes to shove, ull be screamin for drus and shittin the bed,,,,
