as for the receiver its able to handle my laptop ps3 and Hd tv cable box but there are much better receivers out there if you have the money to dish out but for the price this is good for my needs

I use these speakers to listen to my gaming,tv,and music and it sounds best and most clear when listening to music! its super clear sounding and the sub has a nice deep base thats why I bought it

Some of the laptop specs 6GB of RAM plus an Intel Core i7 2630QM CPU Nvidia GeForce GT 540M Blu ray 3d movies and games are awesome on this machine it will run you about $2000 dollars! thanks man the whole setup cost around six thousand dollars
