    So awesome. Dude im so stoked about Neil's next movie. He is my favorite director right now.

  • @l33tpwnzord He talks about the Half-Life influence in the 'District 9' artbook, but it was only a minor influence. He pretty much says that ultimately he wanted to see Western sci-fi integrated in an African environment. But overall, the film's main influence stemmed from his love for 'RoboCop,'

    Loved this movie... it was so strange to watch something and literally be surprised by each turn. Back-to-the-basics, fresh, invigorating filmmaking. We need more movies like D9!
