Nick thinks Alan Michael has come to see Alexandra about his business with Jenna. Fletcher excuses himself and it's clear Alan Michael does not want to speak to Nick. Alex arrives home and is surprised to see Alan Michael. Alan Michael tells Alex that he is now ready to accept the position of President of Spaulding!

For me I think everything really changed for the worst by 2003-2005..although I kinda liked 2006 and some of 2007

Its a shame that at the time I found the show soooo boring but looking back we always had the charcters and the actors.GL's problem in the mid-late 90's was ALWAYS the writing:(Too bad we couldnt get decent writers;(
