hahaha. He used the international waters thing. What a crafty bastard. It would be a big red flag to me if my church's headquarters were under federal investigation, became compelled to take to a ship, and mandated unreasonable amounts of money for members to take classes to "progress" to higher levels of spiritual enlightenment. Spiritual enlightenment, should one choose to give it a religious label, of all things should be free. Nobody can buy their stairway to heaven...even LRH.
