Brew Pub Old Time Jam with Keith, Vince and Co.

March 9 2011 Brew Pub Old Time Jam in Morgantown WV. It's advertised as Bluegrass,but it's really Old Time Music, defined by having a fiddle as the lead instrument and clawhammer (frailing) banjo rather than Scruggs-style fingerpicking or melodic styles. We sit down and play every Wednesday night, led by Keith McManus (fiddle), Vince Farsetta (banjo), Jim (bass), Scott (fiddle) and Rob from Virginia (yet another fiddle). Sue is back there with a mandolin someplace and that's Richard with the Dobro back there and Isaac is supplying percussion. This song is Ragtime Annie which certainly has that old time feel to it. I suspect it has been used by Warner Brothers in some of their cartoons but I'm not sure.
To me it is unbelievably cool when you get three fiddle players. You could only do this at a jam
