Something about the old quality brings a charm to this album. While I think that's some of the later albums are great I'd like to see TDSDR and the demos made on better quality. I'd still listen to both.

Dude, I'm still crossing my fingers with hopes that fucking TankCrimes or Willowtip or even RELAPSE will reissue the Dead Shall Dead Remain with way better mastering. And I agree, I'd still give my original copy a good spin every now and again.

Oh, yeah. They sound fucking raw as hell on the CD. Even the dudes in Impaled themselves are kind of disappointed as to how raw and crusty the sound of the entire album came out. But like [Carcass's] Reek of Putrefaction; The shitty production gave it it's own unique charm. TDSDR still remains one of my favorite albums to this day.
