This additional module provided by adventure engine means complex tourism operators can have by the second availability based on inventory items.
Some operators will offer a number of different trips using the same pieces of "inventory" like a lodge or transportation vehicle (helicopter, shuttle ,raft etc)
For complex operators who offer a 3,5 and 7 day trip all using the same piece of inventory providing online sales has been difficult because of the manual juggling of available inventory items.
Using Adventureengine operators (as an example) can have one 12 room accommodation which dictates the availability of a 3,5 or 7 day trip using the same lodge.
If a client grouped books a 3 day for 12 people in the lodge the online or in office - the availability for the 5 and 7 day trips based in the same lodge immediately falls to zero on overlapping days.
This is a very powerful application that provides for companies using diverse algorithms to calculate their availability.
The application includes a "at a glance" calendar for all inventory items per trip and full reporting for staff scheduling.
