Wow, you have just summed up what the 1996 2hr "Matrix" movie ment to me. Which valid8ed my beginning of thinking/questioning outside of the "box" & the possible consequences. The "box" meaning anything that society/mainstream deems as "Normal", religious beliefs, political parties, acceptable living, etc..It's gr8 2 hear some1 finally address how & what true happiness should be...

Great video, it's good to hear people who are enlightened and understand that they are not their body or mind, silence is truly beautiful, it's terrible really that so many people live their entire life in ignorance of who they really are, it's nice to hear you speak such wise words.

It's been quite a journey for me because my upbringing taught me to function from my mind and not my graceful heart. I was so full of conditioning that I didn't even know that there was more to "me" than the whole body-mind identification. But now, I can see through the illusion of reality. What a splendid place to be. :-)
