Actually, USA too down japan and tha USSR took down the nazis.

The USSR crushed Japan in Mongolia and across NE Asia in less than 2 weeks. The reason was that the Soviets had honed their fighting skills against the Nazis for 3 years, and they were financed by the Americans. They had 5 times as many artillery pieces and 3 times as much aircraft as the Japanese. The Japanese had no chance against the Soviets with those odds.

If Russia had really wanted Finland..they had taken it..or do you believe that Finland had have one chance against Russia after Russia crushed Germany..Finland knew that they had to get piece with Russia ..otherwise Russia had crushed Finland sooner or later...finns can not be so stupid that they believe that they had one chance against Russia after Russia crushed Germany

Germany starts war against Russia, Germany itself wants a brutal war and murder about 14 million russian civilians...OK, the Red Army crushes the German army..some soldiers rape german woman, but that is a low price for 14 million murdered in Russia....or : are russian civilians so important? Yes, they won the war, with armstice and concessions leading to the loss of Karelia and parts of Northern Finland. What I'm simply trying to say is that this outcome was not what they were initially hoping for (they wanted to occupy Finland).But if my memory serves me right the Faroe Islands were occupied(unlike Finland).. so I don't know maybe were full of stupid people, but at least we know how to defend our country.
