cơm bình dân ( not "danh" ) & cơm hộp, cơm phần ( as in the advertisement of the shop ). cơm bụi is the most general , informal and sound Vietnamese.

nope, not the best. Just my favorite among the cheap spots. It's on Ky Dong street, next to the pho place, which is one of my favorite places for pho.
