@CapnDingo The way I see it is this: why pay money for something that could ultimately become a piece of crap? This is the #2 reason I use Blender. Reason #1: it's awesome!

@11kyzak11 All you do in blender is set the object as a cloth object, and set the spheres as solid. Not much difference :P

Ouch. It's sad to see that Blender in all its free-ness outperforms Lightwave. Everything I simulate in Lightwave comes out a complete mess.
