There are two ways to speed up the HP TouchPad. You can speed it up by installing a couple patches from preware, this video will show you how to do this or you can speed it up by overclocking the processor and you can view that tutorial is here (http://goo.gl/Y7FYA). I do recommend doing this because it is much better and you will enjoy your HP TouchPad more.

  • Most of the patches you mentioned are not available in Preware right now? Any idea why? Thanks by the way and great video!

  • @n1tr0g3n0x1d3 If you don't see them they are gone. Preware is always changing and I hate that.

  • The site is currently down! Please bring it back up!

  • Bro, maybe you can help me - I have asked in other forums including precentral and no one has answered.. Folks have said that I can play yahoo games on the TP, yet I have not been able to do so - It says I need Java - I tried to download it.. and then I got a MIME error. Is it even possible to play games on Yahoo.com directly on the TP? Thanks

  • @13Keepers Well I have never tried it so I'm unsure of it at the moment but I will play around with it and see.
