I carry a few (maybe 8-12) chocolate covered coffee beans in a small meds bottle. I pop about 4 at a time & play around with them in my mouth until they dissolve. The chocolate taste lingers a good while, and the caffeine gives me a boost, just like sugar. Sometimes I also carry dried figs. Eat those usually 3 at a time for a good, gritty 'chew' & energy boost. [You may want less in your mouth at a time so you can still speak on the phone.] - My thoughts are with you. Press on!
I love snickers to & it helped me lose weight but I don't think that is a good idea I just love the snickers bar I eat one for breakfast & lunch then I eat a sensible dinner
omg.. u dont need all these nonsense products.. just push the food away! be discipline! i've lost 42 KG from doing that.. from 102 KG.. and stop being a fatass -.-
If I have a craving, I eat it. One of the wonderful things about Weight Watchers is that I don't have to deprive myself. So if I really "must" have chocolate, I can. I just can't eat a truckload of it. Apples aren't going to cut it for me if I want chocolate, sorry. If you're still freaking out go get some of those Halloween candy snack size ones and have one.

I use the Paul McKenna Craving buster CD! It's amazing!! The technique takes only a couple of minutes but it makes you not want the craving anymore!
